Customer Service Representative

Job Profile:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls of both existing and prospective clients and dealing with all queries in a professional manner.

  • To take calls concerning difficult customer/complaints in a polite and professional manner. 

  •  To prepare and dispatch information packs to potential new and existing members.

  • To ensure legal compliance with all aspects of the Company’s business.

  • Managing your time and multi-tasking

Education:       Commerce Graduate or equivalent degree

Experience:         Minimum 6 months of experience in handling customer service enquiries for UK Process        

Key Skills:

  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations

  • Computer literate with ability to understand and work on different applications

  •  Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

  • Proven sales management ability with a strong customer service focus
