To take calls concerning difficult customer/complaints in a polite and professional manner.

To prepare and dispatch information packs to potential new and existing members.

Managing your time and multi-tasking
Education: Commerce Graduate or equivalent degree
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in handling customer service enquiries for UK Process
